Pathetic Medicsl Aid.

Anyone thinking of joining this Medcal Aid, PLEASE DONT!!!!

In 2021 my son had to go for an emergency operation, this Medical Aid only paid approximately R15 000 Got a bill from Hospital & Doctor, R27 500 that I had to pay. I went to optometrist, again only partial payment from them. Went to Dentist, they only paid R1100 leaving me with another R850 bill.

Beginning September 2023 I had to go to Emergency at a Hospital, firstly, they didn’t cover the medication only R200 and I had to pay R750. Today, got another bill from hospital, R811 cause MotoHealth will not pay.

To be honest, this Medical Aid scheme is a ****.

I WILL ADVISE ALL THE MEMBERS TO START LOOKING FOR ALTERNATIVE MEDICAL AID CAUSE YOULL BE SICK SND WILL DIE OF HEART ATTACKS ONCE THE BILLS FROM DOCTORS & HOSPITALS ARE COMIN.
