Pathetic Medical Aid

Moto Health Care is the worst medical aid ever. I am totally dissatisfied with this medical aid. I had a serious injury on the 02.03.25 being a Sunday and was rushed to a designated hospital. Before any assistance I was asked to pay R2500.00 as the hospital could not get authorization from Moto health. I have submitted a claim for reimbur*****t on 26.03.25 and since then I have been calling the call center for my claim status and I am told that it is still waiting to be released, seriously what nonsense. Why does a claim take 1 month to be released.
