Orthopaedic not approved

Good day

I am highly upset and furious that yesterday I was booked for an Carpal tunnel as well as for the ulnar nerve procedure to be done on Thursday at Louis Leipoldt. Just to findnout that my Hospital is approved but you medical aid does jot approve ANY orthopaedic preocdures?

How is that possible? I live in so much pain every day and it is also my functional right hand! It is not for cosmetic reasons or even personal reasona but because i have so much pain!

You can approve my orthopaedic specialiat visit but yet, No approval for any procedures.

My doctor requestesd the following:

In writing what is the reason for not covring any orthopaedic procedure? What is the options to get approval?

I really need this procedures done that is why I pay you so much money every month. If no reply or stating no approval will be given, I will need to cancel the medical aid as well as take it further in court.
