Non payout of my Savings

In the beginning of last year I changed my policy which I was then told by Moto Health, allowed me to receive back my accumulated savings.<br> I was told this would take between 4-6 months. After this period I phoned again and they kept saying it would take a further month after each time I phoned.<br> It has now been a year... And I am still waiting for something that is rightfully mine as stipulated in your terms and conditions!<br> I am counting on that money to pay off debt!<br> <br> I find this as an extreme poor service indicator especially as my medical aid contributions are always performed on time!
