no compassion, no customer service

My mom passed away on 10 Sept, I phoned Moto health on the 14th, and spoke to Malusi, who advised me they cannot help me until they receive the letter of Authority from the Master, and on Querying the premium, I was advised that I would only be charged pro rata for the 10 days in September. End of the month I was debited with the full premium. I then worked out the premium for the 10 days, returned the debit order and paid what I believe to be the correct amount.
Sent an e-mail, regarding my dissatisfaction, to which, to date I have not had a reply.
My mom was hospitalised from 1 to 4 Aug, authorization was obtained, but no claims paid, as according to them, no authorization was given?!
Spoke to Corona on Friday last week, who is a supervisor, promised me she would get back to me by Monday 23 Nov.
I have received no communications from Moto health, other than notifications that I owe them money, and doctors bills that are returned unpaid.
My mom was 94 when she died, she has been with the Motor industry medical aid for 60 years.
The only reason medical aids are in business nowadays it to pay dividends to their shareholders, at the detriment of their customers.
