MOTOHEALTH - WORST MEDICAL AID!!! NO LOYALTY TO LONG TERM CUSTOMERS!

I would never recommend this Medical Aid to a single person! They are absolute Con Artists. I have paid this medical aid for over 7 years with no massive claims bar a surgery for my husband which was only approved pending a letter stating he cannot work if he doesn't have this operation. I now found out I'm pregnant and of the R7500 specialist benefit I apparently have this pathetic medical aid cant even cover my specialist visits in full! Im shocked! and disgusted in the service i have received. Thier call centre agents are somewhat helpful but when asked a difficult question become rude and abrasive! Im so done with them I would rather put my money towards Discovery and go through a 3 month waiting period than be covered by such a Money hungry Medical Aid. I can assure you my time with Motohealth has come to an end. I will no longer pay you a cent! What is your notice period pf cancellation???? I will have to call the call centre again anyway and be treated rudely before i get an answer i suppose. PATHETIC!!!!
