MOTOHEALTH IS A ****

I am absolutely furious and heartbroken by the appalling treatment my family has received from MOTOHEALTH MEDICAL AID. My brother was involved in a devastating car accident two weeks ago. The driver tragically passed away, and my brother sustained severe injuries, including a massive head injury. Despite the seriousness of his condition, after being rushed to Brenthurst Hospital by ambulance, MOTOHEALTH REFUSED TO PROVIDE ANY HELP! They left him stranded with a drip still in his arm, without any support or treatment.

The next day, we took him to Netcare Melburton, where they finally gave him the care he needed, including an MRI and other necessary treatments. Fast forward to today, my brother suffered a seizure at work, and once again, the ambulance rushed him to Midmed Life Hospital. And MOTOHEALTH STILL REFUSES TO PAY FOR HIS TREATMENT, despite it all being linked to the accident that he DID NOT cause!

This level of incompetence, indifference, and utter disregard for human life is BEYOND unacceptable. MOTOHEALTH is supposed to be a medical aid provider, but instead, they are an absolute NIGHTMARE when it comes to care, and they are leaving my brother and our family in the lurch when we need them the most.

TO ANYONE CONSIDERING JOINING MOTOHEALTH, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY. They are the absolute WORST. If anything happens to my brother, I will make sure everyone knows the truth about how this company abandoned us at the worst possible time.
