Motohealth care worst medical aid ever

They do not even deserve 1 star. Worst medical aid ever. Since being on this medical aid and note this is almost a year. The have paid for nothing. 2 my son needed stiches. Not once paid!!! Now grommets is needed. They wont pay. So why do I pay them each month if I have to settle everything in cash. They tell you to pay and claim it back. But when you need to claim it is problem after problem.
