Motohealth

The worst MA I've ever had the misfortune to join... but now I'm changing. I was admitted to hospital in March with my oxygen levels dangerously low. Before admission I had a covid test and was admitted after 8 hours. The following day the hospital tells me that Motohealth declined the authorization because the Dr gave the wrong IC codes. I then called them to check and they just refused to help. I was then taken back home. Fortunately my hubby got an oxygen machine, if it was not for this I hate to think what would happen to me. I'm disgusted to say the least. Antoinette
