Moto health should CLOSE. How do u operate with such *********** staff life MJ and the rest who think they assisted

So I've been phoning For a refund for a April 2021 invoice. I was told late in April that the refund was done and when I phoned today MJ whom wasn't helpful at all, just wanted to get rid of me told me he will put me through to a department and I ended up at the start. I seriously not happy with your service. I wasn't asked for my banking details when I logged the initial complaint and now that idiot MJ said someone confirmed my banking details so where did the refund go too.

I know nothing is going to happen with this complaint. Can someone call me regarding the form I have to fill in order to get the refund or phone me on ***
