Moto Health - poorest of the poor medical aids

After paying R13 150 per month for medical aid, Moto Health is declining claims for a Chiropractor. If I had gone to a orthopedic surgeon and this resolved in an operation, which was likely to happen they would have paid, Hence they would rather incurred enormous claims from the orthopedic surgeon in stead of a Chiropractor healing with his hands. DON'T EVER CONSIDER MOTO HEALTH AS YOUR MEDICAL AID.

Reviewer Update
After numerous promises to rectify, and admitting some person made a huge error in the calculations, I have been yet again advised my claims have been declined. What a joke. I am honestly and truly shocked by this kind of treatment from Moto Health and promises made and not honoured, after being a member for 42 years. Please think twice prior entering an agreement with Moto Health - they will not rectify their faults.
