Moto Health not authorizing Hospital admission and delaying my admission

A request for authorization to be admitted to hospital was given 2 weeks ago. Today i went into Hospital to be admitted at 5am and was told by the Hospital that my medical aid has not approved. I do not have a choice I have to be admitted. This is truly unacceptable. I have called in to confirm that the authorization will be ready by today and they failed to confirm it last week and now again this week. You do not care about your clients. I pay every month for many years and now that I actually need to use the service it is being delayed while my health is declining. I will be taking this further.
