Moto health care medical aid

Iv been with moto health for years now always been using them for gp's with no problems. But for past 3-4 years iv been in and out of hospital's and learnt that for almost every visit to hospital I end up with so called shortfalls from moto health, shortfalls that I have to pay and then claim back from tax submissions. Well Sars tells me they don't refund those shortfalls and I'm sitting with thousands of hospital and doctors bills even while paying a medical aid. So I won't recommend using moto health even if u on there highest option.
