Moto Health Care dont care or know how to run a medical aid

this must be the most *********** medical aid i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, not only do they not cover the bills for Dr or Hospital visits, but when you cancel and move to a new better provider these idiots feel the need to continue chasing outstanding balances for subscriptions, so if you are thinking of joining them STAY AWAY they are DIABOLICAL and their service from all levels SUCKS, they will ***** you over and often. I even tried using the ombudsman to try sort this **** out but still receive legal action pending letters from them. STAY AWAY THEY ARE USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
