Moto Health care is THE WORST MEDICAL AID EVER!

My wife went into early labour in december 2020 at 2am in the morning. At that time the authorisation centre is closed, so in the morning at 8am I called them from the hospital to get the authorisation for delivery. Obtained the authorisation number & also a call reference number. Wife gave birth to a 34 week premature baby. Now this "brilliant" medical aid is refusing to pay the claims because they say the hospital authorisation date does not match because some incompete consultant input the wrong date on the system. no all the claims for her delivery are rejected. The system should have authorisation date as 10 dec 2020, but the incompetant person inputs 10 November 2020. A real mickey mouse medical aid. They ask you to go to your network doctor for blood test, which i did in september, that to they rejected! ABSOLUTELY USELESS MEDICAL AId, their moto is 'TAKING CARE OD OUR OWN" IS A LIE! IT should read "WE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WONT COVER ANYTHING"
