More Service and no help at all

1.Me and my family was in car accident about 3 months. We went to hospital were they told us we need to claim money back from the medical aid We said it fine we paid the Hospital cash and all the other cost that was almost R18 000.00 and send then all the paid in full invoiced to the medical aid and it now 3 month and still not get any reply as when the payment will be done. Did phone and send mails asking when the payment will be done and just to get answer like it still in processing and that they don't now when it will be paid. 2. On the 03/09/22 we went to the doctor and got a script for medicine just to be told that non of my and my Husbands stuff will be cover by the medical aid. We pay every month our medical aid and that the service we get from this medical aid. I not very happy and like I feel now I can go to the Board of medical. So it feels that you can die before they will do any thing and still they wont care about you as long as they get payment and the Call Centre can be so rude also if you ask questions. I need a answer when the R18 000.00 will be paid in full so that we can pay my Dad back and no short payment.
