Mentally exhausted

I resent what i'm doing but it's a desperate measure. It's almost like i'm self insured basically. Every consultation is guaranteed to be followed by a ton of rejected payments. My wife's & son's admissions this year have basically left me bankrupt. The R1000 annual refund is only on paper but every excuse is found to not pay it. Can anyone help me with a recommendation of an affordable yet fair medical aid.
