Medical aid is the most lowest payment

Hi I'm so unhappy with the medical aid. They always have a problem with payment on medical payment. They always pay short on medical cost. Like this one know. My son had an accident and we took him to a life hospital like they said and the book in to the hospital. He broke his wrist and had to get pins in to fix it now they only pay R3797.60 of the amount R14336.60 this medical aid is really the most lowest payment medical aid that we ever see, and always have something to say why they pay so low Don't now why we have a medical aid if we need to pay an amount in. And this is not the first time we complain about this medical aid. You are even to scared to go to Hospital because you don't now if the medical aid will pay
