Medical aid causing me stress....
I'm pregnant and my partner put me on his medical aid after I lost my previous job, I was happy he did that but now I feel like I should have just went to a government institution to get help. We followed process and got authorization numbers and everything for payments to be made to the doctors my partner has called them more than three times for payments to all the claims but to date there are no funds paid. I'm highly pregnant and stressed because of their useless medical aid and think I will give birth due to the high BP I have caused by all this thing issue with the medical aid... I don't know what can be done now...
