Maternity department

I have never regreted joining a medical aid like this one. I have been trying to call and get through to the Maternity department - on the 2nd attempt i spoke to Glend who had no interest in helping whatsoever. Her tone over the phone wasnt pleasant at all. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for her to call me back. When i call i get put through to other departments and the calls cuts. ITS A NIGHTMARE TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO THE REVELANT DEPARTMENT. I need someone to call me and explain what my maternity benefits are so that i can start consulting a Gynae, i cant be paying for a medical aid and still pay for consultations.
