I am puzzled here please I need a clarity ,I had a medical insurance so I wanted to change to MotoHealth Care ,I submitted my forms to Motohealth in February 2025 ,today (18/03/2025) they asked for previously medical aid I used then I send them the Dischem Health certificate because that's the one I used then Moto Health told me that they going to penalize me R436 monthly plus R893.50 total is R1329.50 because Dischem so I cancelled today because of additional Joiner Penalty , Moto health told me that end of March they going to deduct R1329.50 for 30days cancellation , but my point is- this could be done in 2days after I submitted the forms in 6 Feb 2024 to Motohealth Care ,why they only telling me today ( 18/03/2025 )
