Is there an option for 0 stars? I went for a doctors appointment to Medicross and the claim was admitted and accepted. When I went the second time to Medicross. The same doctor and the same medical centre. The claim was rejected. There was no communication. I got an SMS stating that I had an outstanding balance on my account. When I called to find out what the problem was they told me I need to go to a medical centre registered with moto health. Why was the first claim accepted and paid by moto health if the second one was going to be rejected? I tried calling to sort it out but I seem to be having more conversations with a robot. There is no membership number because I’ve cancelled the medical aid so I cannot get through to anybody.
