Granted authorisation for procedure and now not paying account

<p>Motohealth care granted us authorisation for a scan at Garden City Hospital and is now refusing to pay the claim.No one at Motohealth can tell me why the granted the authorisation number nor why the bill is not bein paid. we are being threatended with a listing on listing on ITC?!?!?!?! needs someone to figure out how to do their job ASAP!</p>
