false adverstising

Mrs Grobler moved to the classic plan, she was told that she was going to pay R2445.00 a month, when the debit was done they took R3399.00. the next payment they took this month was R4353.00. no one can assist us with this matter and it is false advertising on motohealths behalf.<br> <br> they have all sorts of stories when it comes to explaining why Mrs Grobler must all of a sudden be paying so much.<br> <br> can some one please call us asap to sort this matter out. they don't want to charge Mrs Grobler the amount they said they were going to charge and they don't want to move her back to the plan that she was on.<br> <br> <br> <br>
