Exceptional Service from Faaiza Rahman - Lifestyle Coach (Moto Health Momentum)

I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding customer service received by my Parents by Faaiza Rahman, a Lifestyle Coach. Faaiza has been my parents lifestyle coach for a good couple years now. Every interaction with her has been an absolute pleasure! She understands my parents needs very well. Whenever my parents need assistance, i just pop her an email to call them, and she immediately calls and resolves any issues. She is honestly a dream to interact with. During her time on maternity leave, we really battled not having her around. My parents love her and the service she provides. She consistently provides excellent services and exceeds our expectations time after time. In fact, this review of her service is far overdue, as my parents also wanted to send her a gift or token of appreciation! I would certainly recommend her for a promotion. She is the main reason why my parents continue to remain on the Moto Health Medical Scheme. Our interaction with Faaiza has left a lasting positive impression on both myself and my parents and I felt compelled to share our appreciation.
