Doesn't want to pay for required surgery

Good Day<br> <br> My name is Teresa de Castro. Recently my son had a serious injury to his right knee. After going to a general practitioner, he was then referred to a specialist which falls part of the recommended specialists under our policy. He then said that an MRI was recommended because of the nature of the injury ( which we paid cash even thou it clearly states that the medical aid will pay atleast R15000 per beneficiary on their 2015 pamphlet ). Now, after the specialist saying that surgery was clearly indicated, the medical aid refuses to pay saying that it's not \trauma". I find this ridiculous especially after having to get several referrals from GP's and specialists recommended by Moto Health because the ones we paid for ourselves were not the \""correct\"" ones.<br> <br> Please advise on what I should now do because I have a son in severe pain at home"
