Worst medical aid ever. I was with them for 4 years. Had a baby and everything was approved and I went to the doctors that where recommended to me by them, the doctors who are in their scheme. Come a year later they have declined all the premiums. They said they needed a doctors slip, doctor supp**** the slip but they have still declined it. Why approve then decline after a year? They are ******** who get your money and when needs be they decline. NEVER SIGN UP WITH THEM. at this moment I am sitting with a claim that was approved then declined after everything was done.
