Disgusting practise from Moto Health Medical Aid

Absolutely disgusted with Moto Health. My brother got severely ill with the Adeno Virus on the 2nd October 2022. Hes been on the ventilator for 3 weeks to which he is showing signs of progress.

Today our family gets told that he has to be moved to a government institution as the benefits in his scheme have been depleted and they will not extend or grant any extras benefits as it is set out in his scheme. This is a life and death situation but with Moto Health, there no responsibility, no recourse.

If he has to moved it is of no concern their's, as per the scheme advisor. Advise must sought from the treating Dr or the hospital.

So yes, in the end, one's life is none of their concern. Choose wisely fellow people when using this Medical Aid company.
