DISGUSTED BY MOTO HEALTH CARE
<p>i am going for an extended visit to family in the UK until end December. I am diabetic, and my doctor and myself have sent through a request for the 6 months supply of my insulin (which is approved on chronic). THEY DECLINED! They had the audacity to tell me I could ask the pharmacy to issue and claim monthly, otherwise I must pay for the full 6 months and claim back monthly, WHICH I AM NOT ABLE TO AFFORD!!! So they would rather that I get into a serious medical predicament which could end up costing way more than the insulin THAT I NEED TO SURVIVE!! Really Moto Health Care - is this how you look after your members who pay their monthly contributions faithfully every month??? I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!</p>

Thanks for absolute nothing!!! I STILL HAVE TO TRAVEL WITHOUT MY INSULIN - apparently they expect the pharmacy to cover the cost and claim back every month - really WHAT DO THEY THINK I AM GOING TO DO WITH THE INSULIN THAT I HAVE TO HAVE TO SURVIVE??? USELESS, JUST USELESS!!!!
