Debit after cancelled
<p>Hi. We canceled our medical aid in SEPTEMBER. Reason being that we had to pay a hospital before my husband coule be submitted. When we claimed from the medical MOTO HEALTH said that thy paid the HOSPITAL AFTER motohealth told us to pay the hospital. Thy said that we must get our money back from the hospital (pathetic) We completed the forms, and mailed it back. October i phoned tge medical aid and thy told me we are still active and its not cancelled. I asked the lady why and this was her reply. Oh you did not signed the form. A MONTH that is how long it took them to tell me that AFTER I PHONED. AGAIN send a form. I received a letter that we are no longer o there medical aid. Today a debit order went off. I feel that it is not my fault. We cancelled 2nd of September..... pathetic medical aid</p>
