claim was rejected for no reason, i paid and requested a refund. 1 year later and no refund

<p>My daughter received contact lenses, the optometrist informed me that my medical aid refused to pay the claim. i made the payment and requested Motohealth to advise on why they rejected the claim. 1st the claimed my daughter is too young( 15years)to have contact lenses, if that is the case why did a medical professional issued her the contact lenses? they could not answer me on that point so then they changed the reason to not having sufficient funds in my saving, i countered them again, because the benefit stamens DOES NOT STATE that savings as used for optical, i even send them their own benefit statement. They never rep**** nor paid. I then contacted the Council for Medical Schemes on 19/7/16, its a year later and no positive feedback nor any payment. With both Motor Health and the coulis if you enquire about the complaint, no one knows anything?? And it take days for them to respond, that’s if they do respond!
