BAD TASTE - MOTO HEALTH

Have you ever had to fight for you own savings money to be paid out - well moto health claim that they have 5.5 months to pay out your savings plan money when going over to another medical scheme (discovery) with no savings plan - even MIBCO and other funds only take 6 - 8 weeks but motohealth claim you need to wait 5.5 months if you lucky. I have emailed the relevant fund department to query on the 21st and have no feedback as yet. I call the customer service line to find out if there is any feedback with regards to my email they tell me they have a 7 - 10 day turnaround period. REALLY does customer satisfaction mean anything to some companies. i dont care to what level i need to take this up too but i expect my saving fund money paid into my account. I followed the whole procedure as requested and all i want is MY money that is laying in the my savings fund with them. I will not wait 5.5 months for MY money.
