Bad service of Moto HealthJh

Motohealth medical aid SUCKS!!!!!!! We are waiting now today 21/7/21. alreaydy 3 days for them to give the go ahead for a very urgent back operation . We pay R 13 000 ro the top medical aid plan and for what. Then today we call again, just to find out that there have nothing done to look at the request. They will do it today, the hospital is waiting for a answer. They say they will call us back before 10am, no call back. We have to call them again. Then they say the person who is looking in to the case, dont understand the medical codes that the doctor sent , they must get somebody that understand the medical codes. ???????I suppose then they dont have qualified people to do the job. This is a critical emergency operation, the patient was in constant pain for the past 4 weeks. We phone again, now we will have a answer back at 12 am. Everbody at the doctor office is wating to go one to go on with all their admin. This is not the first time we battle with this medical aid. We cant shift to another medical aid becase every one that is working in the Motor Industry must stay with Motohealth.
