39 Weeks Pregnant, Gynae bill not paid, Your staff promises to settle but never do

My Gynae bill has not been settled since January, I m almost 40 weeks pregnant and high risk. I have spoken to 3 managers who promised to have the payment sorted by the 12 Feb 2021, dill date they haven't. I can't afford to pay my doctor cash and I feeling sick these days. I don't know what to do any more. I have pleaded with your staff to help, they promise the bill will be paid, then never call me again. For the last 3 weeks I have been sick, I don't know what to do.
