This is by far the worst spares company in Johannesburg. I have been in the motor industry for a very long time and i have never encountered such shady and cheap skates ever. Their review should be minus 1. I bought a part from them which they advised can be changed if the part was wrong. They firstly refused to change the part saying that its the right part where as my mechanic tried to fit the part and it wasn't right. They then did not want to give me my full refund and saids that they will take 25% handling fee if they were to refund. When i asked for documentation stipulating they take a 25% fee, they were unable to provide it and advised that they dont have it on paper. I have logged this with CPA and the ombudsman. I will ensure that they trend on Social Media.

I rate them a Minus - 1 as a business. The most shady place to work. Very rude individuals that do not know how to work with customers.
