Pathetic and overpriced
If there was less that 1 star, thats what they'd get. They decide the price by forst asking 'how much did i charge you the last time?' Pathetic service. What a *******. Never going back there

Moto & More - Goldwagen Rivonia! DISGUSTING SERVICE
Extremely disappointing service experience with Goldwagen Rivonia / Moto and More My brother has always been someone who trusted and recommended Goldwagen Rivonia to family and friends. Because of his trust in them, we have also taken our vehicles there for services and assistance. Unfortunately, after this experience, that trust has been completely lost. My brother took his vehicle in for a diagnostic report/quote. When he collected the vehicle, he noticed that the wiring/cables connected to his subwoofer had been damaged. These wires were in perfect condition before the vehicle was handed over and the subwoofer setup is still fairly new. Instead of taking accountability and properly resolving the issue, the response has been that they are repairing it out of “goodwill”. What is even more disappointing is that the so-called repair was simply taping the damaged wires together! this is not a proper repair or acceptable solution, especially when dealing with vehicle wiring. The biggest disappointment is not only the damage itself, but the lack of ownership and accountability. A customer leaves their vehicle with a workshop trusting that it will be handled with care and returned in the same condition it arrived in. After years of recommending and supporting this business, we unfortunately will no longer be taking our vehicles there or recommending them to others. Extremely disappointing experience and a complete loss of trust. Disgusting behaviour! Disgusting service! SHAME ON YOU GOLDWAGEN RIVONIA! Shame on you Graeme, your manager, all of you! Shame on you!
