WORST SERVICE NO CUSTOMER CARE AND STILL HAVE MY MONEY

My husband bought a part for his transporter there over 3 weeks ago, the part was incorrect and the guy in spares department said that they would have to order that as they dint have it in stock and he will contact phillip as soon as the part arrived.. the part has been paid for in cash and this is how more than 3 weeks and still no one is calling phillip and everytime he calls he gets the same story they will call him back... GIVE BACK THE MONEY AS YIUR SERVICE SUCKS OR GET THE PART AND CALL PHILLIP ***
