Hugely disappointing service with no one interested to help!

had a small rust issue with my daughters Polo, had to take her Polo in four times and they messed me around for over five Months with absolutely no help. Eventually after fighting and pleading for help from the manager, they had no option but to help and nearly six Months later, the tiny spot of rust was removed. The Polo was under the VW rust warranty. Extremely unhelpful and just such a disappointing experience. Customer service was so dissappointing and I would not recommend anybody to deal with them. Had a similar issue with my other Vehicle from dealers nearby, fantastic, friendly service and rust problem was resolved in two weeks. What more can I say.
