Trustworthy team!
The Amanzimtoti team were very patient with our family during this difficult time and were very helpful and respectful. We had a mishap at the mortuary but the team sorted it out and handled it very professionally. Great job :)

The mishap we encountered at the mortuary was that the hospital (Port Shepstone), required that, for a vehicle to be allowed to collect remains, it had to be a labelled and marked to their specifications (however there were vehicles (we're talking normal bakkies) that were unmarked before and after us that were allowed to take their loved ones remains - so we were quite frustrated) The Amanzimtoti team arrived in a brand new and equipped vehicle and it hadn't had a chance to be marked yet, but they had all the paperwork to prove that they were registered undertakers. So they managed to make another trip for us and provide the hospital with the specifications they needed to do the undertaking and we were spared all the issues. They were really professional at all times.
