Received incorrect bill after 7 month. Unprofessional & irresponsible

<p>Unprofessional receiptionist in GMS: put private intead of Medical AID card number.</p> <p>So, we received R2700+ bill from the hospital for scan done ion 7 July.</p> <p>that time my husband S.A.Parker went to the trauma section in the hospital GMC</p> <p>in emergency section, the receptionist took your Discovery medical aid card,</p> <p>confirmed that it is ok, discovery will cover.</p> <p><br />Now, 14 Feb we got sms and email from them with the bill</p> <p>for that day where it states PRIVATE. And with warning,</p> <p>that they will give our bill to collectors.</p> <p>Who is so irresponsible and unprofessional in Gatesville Medical Centre?</p> <p>Who is the person who made such 'error'??</p> <p>I won't take it easy, I will write in newspaper about this 'so-called mistake and conact our attorney.</p> <p>How in the world they can send such invoice after 7 months only?</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help urgently.</p> <p>Thanks<br />Liailia Parker</p> <p><br />Membership number: ********** 00</p>
