Not paying refund due

Took my daughter for x-rays at the Milnerton Medi-Clinic branch mid June 2024. I was advised that my medical would not pay and had to settle all costs on the day. A week later I receive a notification from my medical that 50% of the invoice was covered and paid to M&P. I emailed them (***) on the 3rd July requesting a refund. It's now the 18th July, 3 emails later, still no response, no acknowledgement, no refund. Disgusting service from these guys.
