No urgency for urgent request

My partner was sent by our doctor who is in the building next door to the hospital in which Morton and Partners are. We were sent for urgent Chest xrays as she needed to be admitted to hospital with pneumonia. Nothing was urgent doing the xrays, I had to ask them if I could please pay so that we can get to her being admitted. Back at the dr the secretary had to call them several times for the report which is needed for us for admission. It has been over an hour. No matter of urgency, and the patient is suffering needing to get admitted and oxygen. Perhaps they should get a tour through a hospital so they can understand the medical field.
