Fantastic help of Ayshia Diedericks (Morton & Partners)

This review is about Morton & Partners and the help I received from Ayshia Diedericks (M5 Radiographic Services Administrator). I recently injured myself during a Kitesurfing session and broke the heel of my right foot. After the surgery I wanted to look at the radiology images to see exactly where I had broken my heel so I logged onto Morton's website (using my cellphone) but struggled.

I then contacted Morton & Partners and spoke to Ayshia Diedericks. She was incredibly helpful and walked me through everything I needed to do step by step. My cell phone gave me problems and I had to start over to create an account (several times).

I was amazed at how calm and helpful she stayed. Most people would make up an excuse that I was taking up too much of their time but not Ayshia Diedericks. She was extremely patient and helped me for 24 minutes until I found everything I was looking for and then gave me useful advice on how to print and download the images.

Her service and assistance was absolutely fantastic! You don't find many people like her.
