Amore Brits bad radiologist
Amore Brits the radiologist was so stroppy with me when my husband asked if i could join him to have his exrays taken for moral support. She told me its not allowed. I mentioned to her i have just been for radiology last week (at a different practice) and my husband was allowed inside , she said but"i don't allow it" She also didn't assist my husband with help getting up from xray , he came out of the room with more pain, unthoughtful no sympathy or empathy shown .
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're sorry that your visit left you feeling unsupported, especially when you were there to be with your husband while he was in discomfort.
We have looked into your concerns with the radiographer involved. In our X-ray rooms, only the patient and radiography staff may be present inside the room, while images are taken. This is a radiation safety precaution that protects visitors from unnecessary exposure and radiation, and it applies to every patient. We understand that practices differ, and that being asked to wait outside is hard when you want to support someone you love.
Our radiographer has shared that her intention was to keep you safe, and that she aimed to be respectful and to assist your husband throughout his examination. We appreciate her commitment to our safety standards and regret that the interaction was experienced differently by you.
Your feedback has been shared with the branch team, and we will use it to keep improving how we explain our policies and support our patients. We thank you for choosing Morton & Partners and wish your husband a speedy recovery.

Thank you for writing back and for explaining your concerns so clearly. We agree that kindness and professionalism should always be at the centre of how we treat our patients and their families.
We are sorry that your visit left you and your husband feeling the way it did. Providing caring, respectful service is never our intention to fall short on, and when we followed up with the radiographer, she shared that it was never hers either.
Your feedback has been shared with the branch team and our management. It will be used to strengthen how we communicate with patients and their families, especially when explaining policies and supporting patients who need physical assistance.
Thank you for taking the time to tell us.
