Water Leak In Kroonstad - Wrongfully Billed.

I reported a water leak more than a year ago that was ignored up until last month (August 2026) I have pictures and videos of the leak. The leak was so bad the the water meter could not be read. Last month they came to fix this leak and this month I got a bill of more than R10 000. I will not pay this as I have all the proof I need to showcase your incompetence. Worst Service in Kroonstad.
