Water Leak In Kroonstad - Wrongfully Billed.
I reported a water leak more than a year ago that was ignored up until last month (August 2026) I have pictures and videos of the leak. The leak was so bad the the water meter could not be read. Last month they came to fix this leak and this month I got a bill of more than R10 000. I will not pay this as I have all the proof I need to showcase your incompetence. Worst Service in Kroonstad.

Fed-up with bad service
I have been struggling for 3 months just to get a correction done on my account. Email after email because if I call, staff is either outside or the phone just don't get answered. The 3 times I did manages to speak to someone I was told they are busy I need to phone back and the other times they didn't understand and only sent me my statement. But if I a person don't pay, they are quick to block you meter or so. Sad that life has became such a struggle with simple little things. It's time to wake up and appoint people who wants to work and know how to do the job.
