Municipality refuse after hour assistance

I report a blocked sewer drain on Thursday 28 November. They did attend and told me it was mud that was blocking the drain. They cleaned it. Today, Friday 29 November, it's blocked again... and it is defnitely not mud. The water is raising in the drain at the back. Defnitely not my fault. I phoned the 24hours number on the website and the lady that was answering told me she is in Kroonstad and no one can attend to the problem because I stay in Steynsrus. I have to report it on Monday. She was extremely rude!
