lack of communication

I came across this product online and wanted to try it. I really didn't know which colour to choose, so I emailed them. They asked for a picture of myself to tell me which colour I should choose. It's been months and I'm still waiting for a response... They lost a customer due to this. 2 stars because they did reply to the first email.
