I purchased 2 of the same foundations, recieved it in different packaging, the one stays a watery seperated liquid that doesn't mix no matter how much it's shaken. both shades are completely different than what it's shown on the website. The brow tattoo doesn't state anywhere that it has to be app**** with a different brush as it comes with a lipgloss applicator, so its another seperate needed purchase. The waterproof eye pencil is made of plastic and has a soft tip but it doesn't twist out and apparently needs to be sharpened which doesn't work. There's only one person available for assistance but you can't even call it assistance it's useless even trying
