I'm so diagusted with the service I am reveiving from "Mooiste Meisie". I have placed an order with them on the 26.03.2023 for foundation.I did make payment immidiately as requested on their site.I got an email "confirming my order". When I mailed mooiste meisie to ask how long does it take to receive my foundation,I was notified that it would take a few days.After not receiving my foundation after a few day,I contacted them again to find out where my foundation is.It was rep**** that order has not even been placed yet,this is after immidiate payment and order conformation was received.I was then told that they will send my package with the courier guy on the 6.4.2023.They gave me an tracking number that not working.I called the courier guy and was told that the package was not deposied because if it was deposited ,it should have been captured by now.I made contact with mooiste meisie again,told then what the courier guy told me.Minutes later I got another tracking number that is also not working.I was told that the tracking number wil work once package is captured by the courier guy.So once again I was **** to by mooiste meisie.My package was never send to the courier guy .This morning 12.04.2023 it was confirmed that my package is still not deposited to the courier guy.For the second time I requested that mooiste meisie just refund me,no reply on this matter,just a lol of **** **** stories. I'm utterly dusgusted with this poor service I an receiving.I will never purchase from this company again.Waitinh 15days abd counting.#you may have a good product,but you services is up to ****!!!!
